Outline of method

The sample is dissolved in phosphate buffered mobile phase and the acephate is determined by reverse phase liquid chromatography using phenacetin as internal standard and UV detector. The method also works without the use of an internal standard. 

Scope

The method is usable for TC and SP-formulations.
