The sample is extracted with heptane using dicyclohexyl phthalate as internal standard. Alpha-cypermethrin and/or chlorfenapyr contents are determined by capillary gas chromatography using flame ionization detection (GC-FID).Scope
This method is intended for determining a-cypermethrin and/or chlorfenapyr content in long-lasting insecticidal nets (LNs).
