Outline of method
The pyriproxyfen in LN is determined by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography using UV detector, at detection wavelength of 254 nm with dicyclohexyl phthalate as internal standard.The same sample extracted in heptane is used for the determination of alphacypermethrin by GC-FID
Scope
The method 454/TC/(M)/3 (CIPAC H, p 15) was extended to determine the alphacypermethrin with minor modifications.
The method 715/LN/M/3 (CIPAC O, p 143) was extended to determine the pyriproxyfen without any modifications.
