Outline of method

A known quantity of the capsule suspension is transferred to a glass bottle and is then subjected to a rolling movement with a specified amount of hexane with an internal standard. After rolling for a specified period the concentration of lambda-cyhalothrin in the hexane layer is determined.

Scope

This method is intended for use only with lambda-cyhalothrin CS formulations for public health applications.
