Thiacloprid [631]

OUTLINE OF METHOD

The sample is suspended in water and then dissolved in a mixture of acetonitrile-tetrahydrofuran-propan-2-ol, 2+3+5 (v/v). The thiacloprid content is determined by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography using external standardisation and detection at 225 nm.

SCOPE:

The method is usable for TC, SC, SE, OD and WG-formulations.
