Niclosamide is determined by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography using UV detection at 236 nm and external standardisation

SCOPE:

The method is intended for determination of niclosamide in the technical material as well as in niclosamide piperazine and ethanolamine salts.

The method is usable for TC, WP and EC-formulation
