Hexazinone

OUTLINE OF METHOD

Hexazinone is determined by high performance liquid chromatography on a reversed phase column (C8) using water (at pH 3) - acetonitrile 50 + 50 (v/v) as eluent and UV detection at 254 nm. The content of active ingredient is quantified using a calibration curve.

SCOPE:

The method is usable for TC, WG, SP, SL and SG-formulations
