Cyproconazole

OUTLINE OF METHOD

Cyproconazole is dissolved in methanol and determined by high performance liquid chromatography on a reversed phase column (RP18) with UV detection. Determination of cyproconazole, split into two diastereomer peaks, is performed using an external standard.

SCOPE:

The method is usable for TC, WG, EC, SL and SC-formulations.
