Cymoxanil

OUTLINE OF METHOD

Cymoxanil is determined by high performance liquid chromatography on a reversed phase column (C8) using acetonitrile + water (25 + 75 v/v) at pH 2.8 as eluent, UV detection at 254 nm and internal standardisation. The content of active ingredient is quantified using a calibration curve.

SCOPE:

The method is usable for TC, WP and WG-formulations
