TRIFORINE

OUTLINE OF METHOD

Triforine is separated from other components by high performance liquid chromatography on a reversed phase column with UV detection and external standardisation. The mobile phase is composed in such a way that the isomers of triforine elute together.

SCOPE:

The method is usable for EC-formulations.
