BENFURACARB

OUTLINE OF METHOD

The sample is dissolved in acetonitrile. The components are separated by high performance liquid chromatography on a reversed phase column (C18) with acetonitrile + water (75 + 25 v/v) as mobile phase and UV detection at 280 nm. Benfuracarb is determined by peak area measurement using n-nonaphenone as internal standard.

SCOPE:

The method is usable for TC and EC-formulations
