PYRIDATE

OUTLINE OF METHOD

Pyridate is dissolved in dichloromethane and separated by high performance liquid chromatography on a Shandon MOS Hypersil column with a mixture of methanol - water (pH = 4) 78 + 22 (v/v) using UV detection at 245 nm and external standardisation.

SCOPE:

The method is usable for TC, WP and EC formulations.
