DIMETHOMORPH

OUTLINE OF METHOD

Dimethomorph is dissolved in acetonitrile and determined by high performance liquid chromatography on a reversed phase column (RP18) with acetonitrile + water (45 + 55 v/v) eluent and UV detection at 243 nm. The content of active ingredient is calculated from peak areas using an external standard.
