IOXYNIL

OUTLINE OF METHOD

The sample and the internal standard are dissolved in a mixture of methanol and aqueous buffer pH 6. The ioxynil content is determined by reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography using methanol/aqueous buffer pH 6 as the mobile phase and UV detection.
