ETHIOFENCARB

OUTLINE OF METHOD

Ethiofencarb is dissolved in a mixture of acetonitrile/water and acetic acid and separated by high performance liquid chromatography on a Nucleosil C18 column with a mixture of acetonitrile/water/acetic acid as eluent. A UV-detector is used at 254 nm. The content of active ingredient is determined from peak areas using an external standard.

SCOPE:

The method is usable for TC and SL formulations
